It would be a bullet proof machine with the classes & community Peloton has built. For me, the perfect machine would be the Concept2 with the Peloton software. That is really important to me because we LOVE these features on the Peloton. The time that weвЂ™ve been waiting for a replacement for a new item, phone calls made (was on hold for over 40 minutes/Costco) and overall response, completely unacceptable. WeвЂ™ve had our own business for 20 yrs and know a little bit about customer service when problems arise, this one is unacceptable. If our board went out after 5 months, how many others had this happed to? We used this item 3-5 times per week and wouldnвЂ™t buy another one at this point. We really loved the item, before the board went out and very unacceptable response time for warranty issues.

WeвЂ™ve also contacted Costco and after being transferred several times and told it was a store purchase (which meant online sales couldnвЂ™t assist us), we returned the item to Costco for full credit. We asked to speak to a supervisor and conveniently, they were too busy to talk but gave their email address. We hit the roof and let them know that was completely unacceptable. We got the run around from Ifit that it would be another 2-3 weeks before the part was delivered to us (they received it around 3/27/21). We waited until 1st week of April for replacement part (as we had purchased warranty and the item was newly purchased from Costco). The mother board went out on the display, which prevented us from viewing our workouts or changing settings like resistance. We purchased this item in October 2020, fast forward to beginning of March 2021.
